I have been a Parish Council Clerk/RFO since 1994, working for various local councils, and have the CILCA (Certificate in Local Council Administration) qualification.
I have been with Steeple Morden Parish Council since 2003 and during this time the council attained Quality Council Status under the previous Local Council Award Scheme.
